DIN rail power supply compatible with standard transition from UL508, fitting for distribution boards and control panels.
As DX (Digital Transformation) and smart factory initiatives progress, the number of cases where measuring and control devices are installed in distribution boards and control panels is increasing. Consequently, the North American safety standard UL508, which has been widely demanded for distribution and control panels, is transitioning to the safety standards for measuring and control devices, UL61010-1/61010-2-201*. Additionally, from the perspective of harmonization with national standards, compliance with international standards is becoming increasingly important. In particular, for DIN rail power supplies used within panels, the demand for compliance with measuring and control device standards is rising in various countries. Therefore, we have developed and launched the CXLDA series under the COSELSYNC brand. This series has obtained UL/EN61010-1 and UL/EN61010-2-201 certifications, addressing the challenges of power supply selection during the transition period from UL508.
